It’s inspiring to work here because the organization ensures that your assigned role is the best fit for your personality and skills while giving you all the tools and resources you need to do your best work. A unique family-style culture encourages everyone to pick up the slack for others and not care about who gets the credit. That is what I call a healthy and amazing workplace.
