Port Authority of Kansas City Welcomes Four New Members to Its Team

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – The Port Authority of Kansas City is excited to announce the addition of four staff members to its team.

  • Mark Coulter joins the Port Authority as General Counsel Director of Intergovernmental Affairs. Mark previously worked as an Assistant Prosecutor in Clinton County.
  • Gregg Gehrig is assuming the role as Director of Finance. He comes to the Port Authority with 27 years of experience in accounting.
  • Joe Perry will serve as Director of Real Estate and Development. Joe brings a wealth of knowledge to the position with 25 years working in real estate finance, marketing, development, architecture, urban planning, public policy, public/private finance, and development.
  • Marissa Cleaver Wamble is the new Associate Director of Communications and Marketing. Her background includes ten years working as a broadcast journalist.

The Port Authority’s mission is to enhance the economic vitality of Kansas City, MO as a redevelopment entity through transportation, trade, commerce, and riverfront development within the statutory authority granted by the State of Missouri and the City of Kansas City.
