Brighton (star development)

Port KC is a part of the Brighton Industrial Park Development, a 36-acre industrial project located at the northeast corner of Missouri Highway 210 and N. Brighton Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. This project was announced in Winter 2021 and is led by Star Development Corporation.

The development features two modern industrial buildings, each approximately 288,200 square feet, for a combined total of 576,400 square feet of new industrial space. These buildings are designed to support a variety of logistics, warehousing, and distribution uses.

The Brighton Industrial Park is more than a real estate investment—it is a vital component of Kansas City’s long-term economic growth strategy. It is expected to drive job creation, improve regional logistics capacity, and contribute to the continued vitality of the city’s industrial corridors.
