CORE Apartments

2019

 The CORE apartments are the second residential development at Berkley Riverfront, adding 350 new units across 8 acres. 15% of those units are designated affordable housing. NorthPoint Development purchased the land in November 2019 and began leasing units in early 2022.  

The developer purchased $35 million in privately backed Port KC bonds for this project. For the duration of the bond, the project must meet minimum affordable housing requirements.
