CORE II is the second CORE apartment phase at Berkley Riverfront. This 5-story apartment building will include 150 units, with retail space on the ground floor, 72 surface parking spaces and 62 garage spots.  Like CORE Phase I, Port KC, and NorthPoint Development worked together to develop this 5,000 square-feet of commercial space.  

15% of the apartment complex’s units will meet the City’s affordable housing ordinance at 70% MFI. Port KC issued NorthPoint Development $42 million in bonds to help finance the development of CORE II. By providing more multi-family and retail space, we continue our vision of generating economic growth in Kansas City.
