KCI-29 Logistics Park

Port KC, in partnership with Hunt Midwest, is working on the development of the KCI 29 Logistics Park. The project secured a $40 million grant from the Missouri Department of Economic Development, which will go towards transforming a 3,300-acre site into a next-generation industrial hub. This funding is being used to enhance critical infrastructure and attract large-scale businesses to the region. 

Located with direct access to major interstates, KCI 29 Logistics Park is set to become a beneficial asset for regional and statewide economic growth. The development is designed to support manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, and technology operations at scale.
