Lewer Plaza Apartments

The Lewer Plaza Apartments Development is a vibrant new addition to Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza, featuring 278 modern residential units and structured parking. Designed with convenience and luxury in mind, the development offers an array of community amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, sauna, golf simulator, pet wash station, and an indoor dog run. Residents will also benefit from easy access to public transportation, with multiple bus lines and the KC Streetcar nearby, as well as private multi-modal transportation options like secure bike storage, e-bikes, electric scooters, EV charging stations, and ride-share accommodations.

While the Lewer Plaza Apartments will not include affordable units, the project will make a one-time contribution of $1,000,000 to Kansas City’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund or a similar initiative. The development is financed through the issuance of bonds, with PortKC approving up to $95,000,000 to support the creation of this dynamic urban community.
