Niagara Bottling

We partnered with KCADC and MO Partnership to attract Niagara Bottling to build out a new production facility in northern Kansas City. The project is estimated to add 90 to 100 jobs.  

Port KC issued $182 million of privately backed conduit bonds to support adding three bottling production lines and associated equipment. These bonds generate economic growth by allowing certain property and sales tax exemptions on projects that have demonstrated need.
