Northland Park

Northland Park will consist of nine to 10 Class A speculative buildings in North Kansas City, supporting an estimated 2,000 jobs at full buildout. The approximately 300-acre industrial development is at Hunt Midwest Business Center, east of I-435 on MO Hwy 210.  

From Port KC, this project received $250 million of privately backed conduit bonds, which provide exemptions on certain property and sales tax to support construction. These bonds are issued to projects that will create economic activity and have presented a need.

In accordance with the bonds, NorthPoint established the Northland Center for Advanced Professional Studies (Northland CAPS) through a partnership with North Kansas City Schools, which offers programs focused on logistics careers.
