Platform Ventures is building 370,000 square feet of speculative industrial space within their property at 49 Crossing. This project is part of Platform Ventures’ larger plan to redevelop 200 acres into Class A Industrial Buildings. Port KC issued $25 million in privately backed conduit bonds to support the facility’s construction.
