Project Mercury

This renovation project, located on the east side of Locust Street between 10th and 11th in Kansas City, will transform an existing national headquarters building to support future growth. Currently home to 500 employees, the facility will be expanded through interior upgrades to accommodate up to 750 employees. With a total project cost of $19.5 million, Port KC has issued bonds up to $20 million to help finance the redevelopment.
