Three Trails Distribution Center

The Three Trails Distribution Center is located on a challenging site: a former limestone mine that was filled in and sat without development for nearly 15 years. North Point Development built three speculative buildings with a total of approximately 1.2 million square feet of Class A industrial space, which is now fully leased. The project helped establish South Kansas City as an area for new industrial development, fitting Port KC’s mission of increasing and attracting industrial and distribution jobs.  

To assist in the project, Port KC issued $52 million of privately backed conduit bonds for acquisition, construction, and development.
