Bally’s Casino

We have a long-term lease agreement with Bally’s Casino, whose rent we split with the City of Kansas City, Missouri. Bally’s is also located within Port Improvement District 1 (PID 1). Bally’s Casino completed Phase 1 of a $41 million redevelopment to reposition the casino in the Kansas City market (It should be noted this is not a Port KC conduit bonding project).
